At 8h yesterday morning SPVM police officers gathered ahead of theto dismantle a homeless camp on Notre-Dame Street in the east part of Montréal, Canada. Following the fiery incident over the weekend on Saturday in which a fire was declared at the makeshift facilities, an eviction notice was created by the fire department to expel the numerous illegal residents. Fortunately nobody was hurt in what is reported to be the third fire to break out since the camp has been established. No serious incident unfollowed on Monday when the camp was scheduled to be taken apart and as a large police presence was observed in the area.
