Utmost tragedy this morning Thursday March 23rd at 9h am when a 3 year old child died after being struck by a vehicle on a residential street in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The single motor vehicle collision (MVC) left no one else injured and an investigation has begun to determine the circumstances of the sad incident.
