Urban exploration of the decommissioned ''Des Carrières'' incinerator located south of Rosemont Blvd between Papineau and Christophe Colomb Avenue in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The unique looking industrial multi story structure was built in 1930 and decommissioned in 1993 but remains standing popular urbex destination. Video footage in this compilation shows the interior of the abandoned structure as it has been laying in ruins for nearly 30 years. In May of last year, a fire destroyed the control room (mark 1:30) and involved other parts of the building in heavy flames as seen in this video: youtu.be/OPTkNgLLqMQ filmed on the day of the fire.
