At 11h pm last night one of several no-injury collisions related to a major snowfall event ended up in the ditch of the westbound lanes of Highway 407 east of Highway 27. Sergeant media officer Kerry Schmidt from the OPP reported 200 collisions on the 400's series of freeways in the GTA. In this video a YRP officer can be seen coming to assess the driver of a car that skidded off the road and became stuck in a snowy ditch.
