Footage filmed today shows a portion of Highway 11 ripped open 7 days after zero day. On Sunday November 14th 2021 catastrophic amount of rains was reported throughout Southern BC in Canada. One of the damaged area is the roadway seen in this video after concrete was sheared apart and raised from water flowing underneath it at the intersection of Valley Road. Pavement laying atop a large foam structure was lifted by the surge of waters caused by the fall of 200mm of rain in one day. It remains like this for the time being allowing foot traffic and essential workers only via barely one lane.
