At 1h pm today Friday January 13th a woman traveling in a small car was struck at high velocity by an oncoming pickup truck at the intersection of Highway 50 and Rutherford on the border of Vaughan and Brampton, Ontario, Canada. She suffered severe injuries and was trapped and unconscious following the impact. The victim was transported to hospital where she lay with life-threatening injuries.
