Horror on Highway 30 this morning when two cars collided head-on for yet unknown reason and left both drivers dead in Candiac, a south shore suburb of Montréal, Québec, Canada. Disturbing clear overhead footage helps comprehend the violence of a high velocity impact and the damage that it causes to both the vehicles and their occupants. Images show the two vehicles that came to a stop not far from the point of impact and drifted out of the lanes and into nearby ditches. One of the driver a female in her 40's was declared dead on scene while the other victim a male in his twenties was declared dead in hospital. Emergency crews responded in high numbers and conducted a lengthy extrication process and police blocked both ways of Highway 30.
