The Palisades Fire picking up strength and flaring up on the north side close to the Encino Reservoir. Images were filmed at 11h pm Friday evening January 10th 2025 and shows flames raging high near power cables and a neighborhood below. Evacuations are ongoing south of Ventura Boulevard West of Highway 405 as flames progress quickly.
