In the evening of November 17th 2020 a crowd of gathered protesters clashed in Paris, France while protesting for global safety or in French "Sécurité Globale". The members of the demonstration held signs and chanted slogans while parading on St-Germain Boulevard near the National Assembly in the 7th borough. Violent acts were perpetrated as protesters threw projectiles and stones towards police officers. Tear gas and water cannons were used to efficiently disperse much of the crowd of rally goers while others were caught and arrested. Among other motives, protesters gathered to express their anger towards a new law that discourages the capture and the distribution of images showing police officers at work.
