At midnight Friday morning March 29th 2024 a man was stabbed and died as a result of his injuries at the corner of Provost Street and 1st Avenue in Lachine, a neighborhood in Montréal, Québec, Canada. An SPVM command post was spotted at the scene parked and used as a resource office on the field for forensic investigators to work and gather evidence of the crime. The victim in his forties died after getting in a fight with a man in his twenties believed to be a neighbor.
