At 6h pm on Friday June 4th SIM firefighters made a quick bite of a fire discovered burning at a highrise construction site at the corner of Cavendish Boulevard and Thimens Boulevard in Montréal, Canada. Dark black smoke could be seen rising in the clear blue sky in the early moments of the intervention as the first due apparatus is heard approaching with loud sirens. Firefighters quickly and efficiently put out the fire that could have caused much more damage due to the construction material surrounding the site. The incident reached a 10-07 + 10-09 meaning a first alarm fire and fortunately left no one injured.
