Unclear circumstances that led to murder charges on a resident of Montréal, Canada after a home invasion turned deadly. Yesterday morning Saturday November 15th 2025 all emergency crews responded to the report of a shooting at an apartment at the corner of Ontario and Viau in the Mercier-Hochelaga neighborhood. One adult male was shot in the head by one of two occupants of the unit involved in the home invasion. Unknown why a resident is being charged with murder when the details of the incident are that the deceased party had unlawfully entered the property. On scene raw footage shows the chaotic early moments after several police officers gathered at the scene among them with the help of a K9 police dog.
