On Sunday October 18th a boat with four people on board capsized on Chemong Lake located north of the city of Peterborough in Ontario, Canada. All emergency crews converged to the scene on that fateful day only to pull three out of four occupants to safety. Tragically, one of the three people that were rescued died in hospital and the fourth party is still missing as of today. The victims are two female and two male all adults and one of the deceased party is Wei Liu, 48 years old. Searches were ongoing until today at 3h pm when crews located the body of the other missing party which concludes the rescue efforts.
