On September 20th 2025 two people lost their lives in a fire in their apartment building in Alma, Québec, Canada. Horrifying early footage at the site of the disasters shows the chaos and screams for help as firefighters arrived at a well involved multi story apartment building. Crews can be heard shouting commands to establish a fire attack and rescue plan while others erect a first ladder to reach a victim on a balcony. Terrifying witness video recordings capture another victim on the top balcony, helpless as intense flames progress near them. It is believed that this person jumped to escape the fire that caused a total of 2 deaths and multiple injuries.
