Two teens aged 15 and 16 have been shot, one listed VSA at a Humber Boulevard apartment townhouse in Etobicoke, a neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. VSA signifies Vital Signs Absent and according to EMS preliminary radio scanner reports one victim suffered severe injuries after being shot in the head. No updates as per victim conditions have been reported yet and officially they are listed as critical conditions. A large safety perimeter is currently held in place as large media and police presence continues to be felt in the area. Footage filmed at 4h pm, an hour into the incident this afternoon shows TPS forensic identification police van arriving on scene to launch their case.
