At 11h this morning a woman in her 80's died after being struck at low speed by a car in the parking lot of a business on Woodstream Blvd in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The car, a Fiat seen immobilized over debris remained on scene and the driver is cooperating with York Regional Police. Officers have cordoned off a perimeter around the site at the corner of Highway 7 just outside of the Toronto city limit to allow collection of evidence and to shed light on the sudden tragedy. A large group of family members and relatives gathered in the area of the accident in its aftermath to offer each other their condolences.
